Cool!
I really like this game - simple concept but a lot of fun.

Nice concept
Although this game looks simple, the physics involved give it a certain depth. Enough to keep me interested for a while at least. The only advice I could give is to make better graphics - a nice starfield background, interesting planets with craters and different colors, and a less monochrone comet. You could also add moving objects such as space debris (collidable) and other comets to add to game complexity. And most important: explain the goal of the game early on, it isn't that obvious. Oveall, good job with room for improvement.
Too random
I think the game gets too hard because it's too random - sometimes the corridors are almost blocked by boulders.
A few ideas
I think it's an okay game - but there are a some things that could be improved in it.
I don't like the pixel hunting for the white arrows - make them easier to spot and focus on the more intelligent puzzles.
Another interface thing is that I had to click "Accept?" on the computer screen in the lab - it took too long to figure out, because the interface is text only so I didn't expect it to be clickable.
Check out adventure game puzzle design discussions around the web, there are many great puzzles design around - passwords and pixel hunting aren't the most fun puzzles, imo.
needs a bit of work
The game could do with a bit of introduction - who's the character, what is the story?
Also, the character seems to float above the platforms instead of actually standing on them, which is a bit odd.
I think the death sequence should be quicker. there's no need to follow the character off screen and wait three seconds for the death scream, that's a bit annoying.
But looks lik a decent concept for a platformer overall, and the mushroom character is fun.
the game is random, hence the name, but I can see where your coming at.
Look out for my next game which, is similar to this, but way more challenging and fun.
bad Font
I've seen this type of game before, although the matrix theme is new, and i must say that if the only new thing you bring to the concept is a new skin, you should take care to at least choose a readable font.
Nice atmosphere sound and gfx though.
Oh? I didnt think it was an original concept but i couldnt find any other flash games like it about, can you point me to one like this?
Cheers,
Mike
unreadable text
i would use text in a color or with an outline that makes it readable on the background. Also, provide some instructions about what the player has to do. Most people don't expect a platformer when they've agreed to play a golf game.
Not a game
I'm sorry, I've blammed this, because it can be won by simply pressing and holding space. No challenge whatsoever. I understand if you're proud you got hitdetection to work, but please reconsider if it's worth submitting to newgrounds.
Just a small bug
It says "Ponits" insetad of "Points" on the game over gui, n case you wanna fix it.
I never were into these kinds of games, but I think it looks fairly well done.
A few bugs
The "HOW" button doesn't work, but I was intrigued so tried. I guess I'm supposed to match the colors of the laser beams using the arrow keys, but it should be explained, really.
Also, the award screen could be more interesting visually - and the awards and how to achieve should be explained.
About the speed issue, you probably want to use time-based speed instead of frame based if you want it to be a fair reaction test across platforms.
Work on it, and it can be an ok casual game.
