New game launched here on Newgrounds today: A to K, our take on the popular 2048 puzzle.
Give it a try (or ten) and see if you can figure out a valid solving strategy. The goal is to reach the letter K by combining letters. Two A's turn into a B. Two B's turn into a C, and so forth. Have fun :)

I'm a letters guy, not a numbers guy, so the below comment notwithstanding I found it to be extremely enjoyable. Quite a brilliant puzzle. Got lost in it there for a while.

Assuming the game mechanics work exactly like they do in 2048, this is just a reskin because there are just as many steps from A to K as there are steps from 2 to 2048. Therefore, the strategies that work in the number version should work here

Thanks for your comment, Zaghrog! And yes, the changes in this version are aesthetic, while the mechanics are the same as in 2048. Our Triangular 2048 is a bit more creative, since it alters the gameplay: http://www.newgrounds.com/portal/view/639274
